Job Description

Best Buy in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electronics Store Cable Untangler – Display Maintenance. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in retail, with full training provided. You will be instrumental in ensuring our display electronics are always presented perfectly, enhancing the customer experience through a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Untangle, organize, and neatly arrange all cables on electronic display units (TVs, computers, audio equipment, etc.)
- Ensure all product displays are clean, functional, and visually appealing according to company standards
- Perform light cleaning duties around display areas, including dusting and wiping surfaces
- Assist with minor display adjustments and product rotations as needed
- Report any damaged or non-functional display items to management
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in all display areas
- Provide a positive and helpful presence on the sales floor, directing customers to sales associates when needed
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Enthusiasm for maintaining a neat and orderly environment
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (even if not in retail)
