Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate bank products or services.
- Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawer daily.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the customer experience.
