Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate bank products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawer daily.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the customer experience.
