Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as an Equestrian Center Event Assistant for weekend horse shows. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about events, eager to learn, and available to work weekends. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equestrian events, providing support to participants, spectators, and event organizers. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for those new to the events industry or equestrian world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including arena preparation, banner placement, and seating arrangements.
  • Provide general information and direction to participants and spectators.
  • Help with registration and check-in processes for competitors.
  • Support judges and officials as needed during events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the day.
  • Assist with basic first aid station setup and directing attendees to medical personnel if required.
  • Facilitate positive participant and visitor experiences by offering excellent customer service.
  • Run errands and carry out ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Event Manager.
