Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced ERP / SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals looking to relocate to the United Kingdom, as we offer comprehensive global relocation and visa sponsorship support. You will play a crucial role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP solutions for our diverse client base. Working within a collaborative environment, you will contribute to various phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to configuration, testing, and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP solutions.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant in at least one core SAP module (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
- Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in one or more modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Project management experience or involvement in large-scale IT projects.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
