Job Description
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendants to join our dynamic team for immediate hire. This is a fast-paced role perfect for individuals who thrive in a high-energy environment and enjoy direct interaction with guests. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be the first and last impression for many of our guests, providing efficient, safe, and courteous handling of their vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and directions.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Operate a variety of vehicle types, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet station and driveway.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel safety procedures.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide local information as needed.
- Monitor and control vehicle flow at the hotel entrance.
- Report any vehicle damage or incidents promptly to management.
- Handle guest vehicle keys securely.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience preferred).
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, run, and lift luggage for extended periods.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
