Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our dedicated team as a Part-time Farm Hand (General) for our day roster. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a practical, outdoor environment. As a Farm Hand, you will assist with a variety of daily tasks crucial to the upkeep and operation of our diverse estate. No prior extensive farming experience is required as full training will be provided. We value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to animal welfare and environmental stewardship. This is an on-site position based at our estate near Coventry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general crop maintenance, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Supporting animal care activities, such as feeding, watering, and cleaning enclosures.
- Operating basic farm machinery and tools under direct supervision after training.
- Performing general estate maintenance, including fencing, groundskeeping, and minor repairs.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and farm protocols.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of farm buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and take direction effectively.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles.

- Full UK driving license for commuting to the estate.
