Job Description
Join BT Group as a WFH Video Conferencing Support Tech, an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and helping others. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing essential technical support for our video conferencing services. We’re looking for enthusiastic problem-solvers with a keen interest in IT, ready to learn and grow with comprehensive training. No prior experience is needed; we will equip you with all the skills required to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for video conferencing platforms and related hardware/software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist users with setting up and configuring video conference equipment and software.
- Document support interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Guide users through basic network and connectivity checks for remote conferencing.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge.
