Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Federal Financial Aid Processor to join our Education Department. This crucial role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of federal financial aid applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations and institutional policies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping students access the financial resources necessary to achieve their educational goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Process federal financial aid applications, including verification, eligibility determination, and disbursement requests.
- Maintain accurate student financial aid records in compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies.
- Respond to student inquiries regarding financial aid processes, eligibility, and status in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other university departments to ensure seamless financial aid integration.
- Assist in the reconciliation of federal financial aid accounts and prepare reports as required.
- Stay informed about changes in federal financial aid regulations and update procedures accordingly.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and explanations as needed.

- Previous experience in an administrative or processing role within an educational institution.
