Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our administrative team as a Filing & Post Room Clerk. This is an immediate start, entry-level position perfect for someone looking to begin their career in a supportive corporate environment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in all aspects of the role. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of our daily operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining organized filing systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries to appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including applying postage and arranging courier services.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, and archiving important records.
  • Manage office supplies inventory for the post room and general administrative use.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
