Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Filing & Post Room Clerk. This is an immediate start, full-time position based in our Windsor office. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our administrative functions, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail is handled efficiently and that vital documents are accurately filed and retrieved. Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including applying postage and arranging courier services.
- Accurately file and retrieve documents, records, and other materials in designated filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Maintain an organized and tidy post room and filing area.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as required.
- Operate office equipment such as franking machines, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding document handling and confidentiality.
- Support other administrative team members with various duties as needed.

- No prior experience necessary – full training provided.
