Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our corporate finance team in Erie, PA. This critical role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across Keystone Global Industries. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, as well as conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. This position requires a strong leader with a proven ability to collaborate with various departments, present complex financial data clearly, and influence business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful explanations and recommendations to management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with business unit leaders and department heads to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial implications.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by executive management.
- Oversee the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health and progress.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions) and experience with large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing financial processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with capital expenditure planning and analysis.
