Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our mall maintenance team as a Food Court Grease Bin Emptier. This essential entry-level role ensures the safe and hygienic disposal of grease from food court establishments within a busy shopping centre. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, focusing on safety protocols, proper handling techniques, and equipment operation. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently empty grease bins from various food court units.
- Transport full grease bins to designated collection points.
- Clean and sanitise grease bins and surrounding areas after emptying.
- Operate basic equipment required for grease disposal (e.g., bin trolleys, lifts).
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report any issues, spills, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the grease bin storage and disposal areas.
- Assist with other general mall maintenance tasks as required during downtime.
