Job Description

Accor Hotels is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as Function Staff for casual work, with high weekend pay opportunities. Based in Tamworth, NSW, this role is perfect for those looking for flexible hours, especially on weekends, and a chance to gain valuable experience in the vibrant hospitality industry. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to contribute and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of function rooms and event spaces.
  • Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout functions.
  • Anticipating guest needs and responding to requests promptly and courteously.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
