Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Golf Club Grip Installer to join our manufacturing team at the Lawrence, KS factory. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of grips on various golf club models, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards and production schedules. This position is vital to the final assembly of our world-class golf clubs, requiring excellent manual dexterity and a commitment to precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately install golf club grips onto shafts using specialized tools and techniques.
- Inspect shafts and grips for defects before installation.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure adhesion of grips according to product specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Assist with other light assembly or production tasks as needed.
- Monitor inventory of grips and report shortages to supervisors.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
