Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Government Epidemic Response Assistant to join our team in Portland, OR. This is a high-demand, entry-level position crucial to our public health efforts, supporting rapid response and preparedness initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with public health professionals, assisting in data collection, community outreach, resource coordination, and administrative tasks vital to managing and mitigating public health emergencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and management related to public health surveillance and tracking.
  • Support the coordination of resources, supplies, and personnel for rapid response efforts.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials under supervision.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks for response teams.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training sessions.
