Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and handle reservations with professionalism.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
