Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and handle reservations with professionalism.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
