Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in customer service from the comfort of your own home? RBC is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Centre Agents. This is an entry-level, full-time remote position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, helping them with their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients regarding banking products, services, and account inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role (not required, but an asset).
- Familiarity with banking or financial services (not required, but an asset).
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
