Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and reliable individual to join our team as a Jewelry Store Glass Cleaner. This full-time position requires an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the immaculate appearance of delicate jewelry display cases and surfaces within a high-end retail environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all glass surfaces are spotless, streak-free, and gleaming, contributing significantly to the presentation and ambiance of our client’s prestigious jewelry store. The role demands availability during retail hours, which may include evenings and weekends, to perform cleaning duties when customer traffic is minimal.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily deep cleaning and polishing of all glass display cases, mirrors, and windows within the jewelry store.
- Ensure all glass surfaces are free of streaks, smudges, dust, and fingerprints.
- Utilize specialized cleaning products and techniques suitable for delicate glass and acrylic surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of other high-touch surfaces and common areas as directed.
- Adhere strictly to store security protocols and cleaning schedules.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues observed during cleaning to the store manager.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain a tidy cleaning station.
- Collaborate effectively with store staff to minimize disruption during operational hours.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
