Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based services and applications, primarily through digital channels (chat, email, ticketing system).
  • Learn and understand various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their core services through structured training.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support engineers or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Document support interactions, solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles clearly and concisely.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development, including earning industry-recognized cloud certifications.
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer issues to help improve service delivery and tool efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

Required Skills
