Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and self-starting individuals to join our team as Work From Home Freelance Recruiters. This is an excellent commission-based opportunity for those looking to build a flexible career in recruitment with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting top-tier talent to our clients for various professional roles. While prior recruiting experience is a plus, we are open to individuals with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account executives to understand job requirements and client needs.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate interview processes.
- Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process to ensure successful placements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
