Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart your career in the great outdoors? Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Seasonal Landscape Labourer. No prior experience is required for this role; we believe in growing talent from the ground up and will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This is an exciting opportunity to work amidst the stunning natural beauty of Banff National Park, maintaining the pristine appearance of our world-renowned resort. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, weeding, watering, and pruning of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all landscaped areas, pathways, and outdoor guest spaces.
- Prepare garden beds for planting, including soil amendment and fertilization.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as fall cleanup, mulching, and winter preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the landscaping team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications
