Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and impeccably presented Luxury Car Dealership Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Dominion Luxury Motors. This pivotal front-of-house role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a commitment to providing an outstanding first impression for our esteemed clientele. You will be instrumental in creating a seamless and sophisticated experience for all visitors and callers, managing a high-volume reception area with grace and efficiency while adhering to our corporate attire standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, managing a multi-line system.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for sales and service departments.
  • Maintain the pristine appearance and organization of the reception and client waiting areas.
  • Assist with light administrative duties, including mail distribution, data entry, and filing.
  • Provide basic information to clients regarding dealership services and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth client transitions and excellent service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries and issues with discretion and professionalism, escalating as necessary.

  • Proven ability to provide five-star service to high-net-worth individuals.
