Job Description
Join Accenture’s innovative team as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant Intern. You will be part of a structured program designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and comprehensive training in business analysis, solution design, and implementation support for Dynamics 365 solutions. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience with Dynamics is required, only a passion for technology and a drive to learn and grow within a leading global firm. You will gain exposure to real-world projects and client environments, learning how to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and consulting methodologies.
- Shadow senior consultants during client meetings, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Assist in the gathering and documentation of business requirements for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Support the design and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions under guided supervision.
- Perform data entry, system testing, and quality assurance tasks.
- Prepare training materials and support client user training sessions.
- Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at improving consulting practices.
- Research industry best practices and emerging trends in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Required Skills
- Enthusiasm for technology and a strong desire to learn about Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in business processes, enterprise software, or digital transformation through academic projects or extracurricular activities.
- Basic understanding of database concepts or business intelligence is a plus, but not required.
