Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mobile Car Valeter to join our team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an eye for detail and a passion for making vehicles shine. As a Mobile Car Valeter, you will be responsible for providing top-quality interior and exterior cleaning services to a variety of vehicles at customer locations, dealerships, and service centres within the Cheshire area, primarily around Warrington. You will be an integral part of ensuring our vehicles meet the highest presentation standards and that our customers receive an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive interior valeting including vacuuming, carpet and upholstery cleaning, dashboard and console detailing, and window cleaning.
- Execute exterior valeting services such as washing, waxing, polishing, tyre dressing, and wheel cleaning.
- Identify and address specific cleaning needs for different vehicle types and conditions.
- Manage and maintain valeting equipment and supplies, ensuring they are always in excellent working order.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Arnold Clark professionally at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used.
- Travel to various locations within the specified geographic area as required by the mobile nature of the role.
Required Skills
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car valeting or a related automotive detailing role.
- Familiarity with various car cleaning products and equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a valeting environment.
- A passion for cars and maintaining their pristine condition.
