Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Morning Gym Staff to join our team in Port Hedland for a part-time roster. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in the fitness industry, with full training provided. As a key member of our morning crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring our gym is clean, safe, and welcoming for our members as they start their day. Key Responsibilities
- Open the gym facility and ensure all areas are ready for member use.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Monitor the gym floor, ensuring equipment is tidy and safe for use.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to members, answering general queries and directing them as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as membership check-ins.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the management team.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for early morning shifts.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
