Job Description
Join Green Harvest Farms as a Mushroom Harvester, where you will play a crucial role in our state-of-the-art indoor farming facility in Swan Hill. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary! Key Responsibilities
- Carefully hand-harvesting various types of mushrooms according to quality standards and production schedules.
- Sorting and packaging mushrooms for distribution, ensuring product integrity.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the harvesting areas.
- Following strict hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
- Monitoring mushroom growth and reporting any anomalies or issues to supervisors.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
