Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Rotherham team as an Entry-Level Office Assistant. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone looking to start their career in an administrative role, with no prior experience required. We believe in nurturing talent and will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. You will be an integral part of our administrative team, assisting with daily office operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure office common areas are tidy and presentable.
  • Learn and utilize internal software systems for record-keeping and tasks.
  • Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
