Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Online Civic Engagement Assistant to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate online forums, social media channels, and community platforms to ensure respectful and constructive dialogue.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging digital content related to civic initiatives, community programs, and user feedback campaigns.
- Respond to user inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Support the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and virtual workshops aimed at fostering civic participation.
