Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Online Spreadsheet Assistant to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote, entry-level position perfect for individuals with basic Excel skills looking to start their career in data management and administrative support. You will be responsible for assisting various departments with data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and basic reporting, contributing to the efficient flow of information within our organization. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into Excel spreadsheets and other systems.
  • Maintain and update existing spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Assist in the creation of basic reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Organize and file digital documents and information systematically.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding data requirements and project updates.
  • Adhere to company data privacy and security policies.

Required Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
