Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Kirkdale, Liverpool. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and promptly prepared for shipment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or handheld scanner instructions.
- Efficiently package picked items to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices to track inventory and order progress.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or carts (training provided).
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg regularly.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
