Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salesforce Administration Intern to join our dynamic team in Nuneaton. This entry-level internship is perfect for individuals eager to kickstart a career in CRM administration and learn the foundational aspects of Salesforce. You will receive comprehensive training in Salesforce functionalities, data management, user support, and business process automation. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive Salesforce CRM training modules and workshops.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform under supervision.
- Support users with basic Salesforce queries and troubleshooting.
- Help with data entry, data cleansing, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce.
- Shadow experienced Salesforce Administrators to learn best practices and operational procedures.
- Contribute to documentation of Salesforce processes and user guides.
- Learn to generate basic reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs and suggest minor improvements.
- Attend team meetings and actively participate in discussions related to CRM strategy.
