Job Description
Are you a proactive and energetic individual looking for an immediate start in a fast-paced retail environment? Sainsbury’s is seeking enthusiastic Personal Shoppers/Order Pickers to join our dedicated team in Swindon. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer grocery orders within specified timeframes.
- Navigate the store efficiently, locating products quickly and effectively.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all picked items, checking for damages or expiry dates.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation and replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised picking area.
- Provide excellent service, ensuring customer orders are complete and correct.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
