Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate property viewings.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client and property databases.
  • Conduct market research and compile property reports as requested.
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials and social media content.
  • Handle document preparation, filing, and general office tasks virtually.
  • Support transaction coordination processes as needed.
