Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary / Elementary School Teachers to join our vibrant school community in Pittsburgh. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for primary/elementary grades.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success and well-being.

- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Required Skills
- Valid teaching certification/license for primary/elementary education (or eligibility for reciprocity in Pennsylvania).
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching in a culturally diverse classroom setting.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and multi-modal teaching strategies.
- Knowledge of specific curriculum frameworks used in US primary/elementary education.
