Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary searches of property titles using internal and external databases.
  • Assist senior clerks in reviewing legal documents and property records for accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to property titles.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify information and ensure data integrity.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
