Job Description
Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage high volumes of critical information. This role requires exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, supporting various departments by ensuring timely and precise data input. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input high volumes of data from various source documents into designated systems.

- Prepare and sort source documents for efficient data entry processing.
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related inquiries.

Required Skills
- Proven experience with data entry or equivalent administrative tasks (minimum 6 months).
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 60+ WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
