Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough searches of public records to determine property ownership, encumbrances, and legal descriptions.
  • Examine historical records such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and easements.
  • Analyze legal documents to extract pertinent information relevant to title examinations.
  • Organize and maintain accurate search files and documentation.
  • Communicate findings and collaborate with title examiners and other team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new search methodologies and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
