Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pub Staff to join our bustling team at The Waterend Barn in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment. As Pub Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every customer has an enjoyable experience, from pouring perfect pints to serving delicious meals with a smile. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to start or grow their career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to all licensing laws and company policies.
- Operate the till system, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage table orders.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, including bar areas, tables, and customer facilities.
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and ensuring all areas are well-stocked and organised.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing queries and providing recommendations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service and a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
