Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Public Restroom Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and order of public facilities at our Parramatta centre. This essential role ensures that all restrooms are immaculately clean, fully stocked with supplies, and provide a pleasant experience for all visitors. This is an entry-level position where full training will be provided, offering a stable hourly wage with the potential to earn additional tips through excellent service and visitor satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of all public restroom areas, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and surfaces.
  • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and hand sanitiser promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine checks of facilities to ensure continuous cleanliness and address any immediate needs or spills.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor or relevant department immediately.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, offering assistance or direction to visitors when needed.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies.
  • Manage cleaning supplies efficiently and report inventory needs.
