Job Description

Join the elite team at AEG Presents as a Red Carpet Event Usher for prestigious events in Pasadena. This role demands a high level of professionalism, impeccable smart dress, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our distinguished guests during evening events. You will be the face of our events, ensuring smooth operations, guiding attendees, and creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and direct guests to their designated areas and seats with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Verify tickets and credentials, ensuring only authorized individuals enter event spaces.
  • Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
  • Proactively assist guests with any needs, including locating amenities or resolving minor issues.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of the event environment, ensuring safety, decorum, and compliance with event policies.
  • Work collaboratively with event staff, security, and management to deliver a seamless event experience.
  • Adhere strictly to dress code policies, presenting a polished and professional appearance at all times.
