Job Description

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely? Bell Canada is seeking a Remote Calendar & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination for our various teams and executives. We are open to candidates with no prior professional experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and maintain multiple complex calendars for executives and teams.
  • Schedule virtual meetings, appointments, and conferences across different time zones.
  • Coordinate all aspects of meeting logistics, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and preparing necessary documents.
  • Send timely reminders and confirmations for scheduled events.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, internally and externally.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all scheduling activities and communications.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or potential issues.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

  • Proficiency in using digital scheduling platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
