Job Description

Concentrix is looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as a Remote Chat Support Agent. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
