Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent using various online platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. You will support our experienced recruiters by sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates, helping to build strong talent pipelines across various industries. Key Responsibilities
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to identify, connect with, and engage potential candidates.
- Perform detailed candidate searches based on specific job requirements and market mapping.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via LinkedIn InMail, email, and phone to assess interest and suitability.
- Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet initial qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Research industry trends and talent pools to provide market insights to the recruitment team.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
