Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Remote Sponsorship Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in events and brand partnerships. As a Sponsorship Coordinator, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging with potential brand partners for our exciting portfolio of events and media initiatives. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential brand sponsors across various industries for upcoming events and campaigns.
  • Initiate contact with prospective sponsors via email, phone, and professional networking platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of sponsor leads and contact information.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
  • Support the senior sponsorship team in negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Track and report on outreach efforts, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, and content teams to ensure sponsor satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
