Job Description

As a Remote Subscription Cancellation Agent, you will play a crucial role in our customer retention efforts, working from the comfort of your home. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers who are considering canceling their subscriptions, understanding their reasons, and presenting compelling solutions and offers to retain their business. This role requires exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to turn potential cancellations into renewed loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries from customers seeking to cancel services.
