Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and resilient Repossession Agency Dispatcher to join our fast-paced night shift team in Rugby. In this critical role, you will be the central point of contact for our field agents, coordinating repossession assignments, tracking agent movements, and providing real-time support. This position demands exceptional communication skills, quick decision-making under pressure, and the ability to maintain composure in dynamic situations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch repossession assignments to field agents efficiently and effectively during night shifts.
- Monitor agent locations and progress using GPS tracking systems, providing timely updates and support.
- Act as the primary communication link between field agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Document all dispatch activities, communications, and incident reports accurately and thoroughly.
- Respond to agent requests, emergencies, and unforeseen issues with speed and sound judgment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, client protocols, and legal regulations during operations.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple ongoing assignments simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Assist with route planning and logistical support for field operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and standard office applications.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-stress situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a calm and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically within asset recovery, security, or emergency services dispatch.
