Job Description

Coastal Compassionate Care is seeking dedicated Residential Care Workers for our night shift team in Savannah, Georgia. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals passionate about care, as full training will be provided – absolutely no prior experience is required! As a Night Shift Residential Care Worker, you will provide essential support and supervision to our residents during overnight hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful and person-centered care to residents throughout the night shift, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist residents with personal care tasks as needed, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Monitor residents' well-being and health status, responding promptly to any changes or concerns.
- Document observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.
- Administer medication according to established protocols (after full training and certification).
- Engage residents in quiet, appropriate activities as needed during night hours, or provide a comforting presence.
- Collaborate with the daytime team by providing clear and concise handover reports.
