Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general house cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, baths, and sinks.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, and exterior of appliances.
• Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Maintain a meticulous standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Effectively manage time to complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled periods.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and established cleaning protocols.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and team leaders when necessary.
• Report any observed maintenance issues or client concerns promptly to management.

Required Skills

• High level of reliability and punctuality for all shifts.
• Strong work ethic and a consistently positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good physical stamina, capable of performing various cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for periods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness in cleaning.
• Basic verbal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• A current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for transport to various client locations.
• A National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) for certain client requirements.
• An understanding of eco-friendly cleaning practices and products.
