Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Resort Operations & Guest Experience Intern for the summer season. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of resort management, including front office operations, guest services, housekeeping coordination, and facilities support. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, contributing to daily operations and enhancing the overall guest journey. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn the intricacies of the hospitality industry and who possess a genuine passion for service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Support the guest services team in resolving requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in daily operational briefings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
  • Help organize and facilitate guest activities and events.
  • Monitor common areas and facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Learn and adhere to all resort policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
