Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in hospitality? Nando’s Chester is searching for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our family as a Restaurant Team Member! This is an entry-level position where no previous experience is required – we believe in developing talent from within and will provide you with full, comprehensive training to help you master your role and grow with us. You’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience with our legendary PERi-PERi chicken.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting customers and assisting them with their dining needs.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders with a friendly attitude.
- Serving our delicious flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken and other menu items.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen support tasks as required.
- Processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.
